Course Introduction
This course integrates the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with women’s unique body structure and physiological cycles. It explores menstrual health, Qi and blood nourishment, emotional balance, constitution recognition, and daily dietary therapy. Learners will gain practical knowledge relevant to each life stage— menarche, preconception, postpartum recovery, and menopause.
The aim is to enhance women’s self-care capacity, prevent common gynecological issues, improve overall physical and emotional well-being, and help women rediscover the rhythm and harmony of life.
