- 高血压、心脏病患者（需医师同意，避免过度刺激）

- 骨质疏松症者或骨折康复中
- 发烧或身体虚弱状态中

This is an introductory course in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) external therapy, specially designed for modern lifestyles. It combines TCM meridian theory with traditional Gua Sha techniques, systematically teaching how to use Gua Sha to unblock meridians, promote blood circulation, resolve stasis, and relieve common sub-health conditions (such as headache, shoulder and neck stiffness, fatigue, and menstrual discomfort). It is a simple, easy-to-learn, and highly practical self-care and family wellness technique.
The course emphasizes “Pattern Differentiation & Regulation, Correct Application, Safe & Practical Use”, making it suitable for beginners as well as for health practitioners, beauty therapists, and wellness professionals as a continuing education program. Through structured training, you will gain confidence in mastering Gua Sha techniques and understanding their applications, allowing you to apply TCM wisdom effortlessly in daily life.

- People with skin lesions, redness, inflammation, or highly sensitive skin areas
- Patients with hypertension or heart disease (require doctor’s consent, avoid overstimulation)
- Cancer patients or those with severe chronic illnesses
- Individuals with osteoporosis or recovering from bone fractures
- People with fever or extreme weakness
- Children and elderly (65+) are advised to use Gua Sha under supervision and proper evaluation
